Bio
Through years of providing framing plans to residential production builders, Andrew has sharpened his knowledge of the building codes and typical framing methods. By maintaining focus on providing value to the builder, he has learned the benefits of using several different design standards to maximize efficiency and performance in home design. Andrew has strived to learn from each builder to understand preferable wood framing and concrete foundation methods in order to provide true value to their homes. This knowledge has expanded over the years to include several multi-family projects and townhome designs.
