Charles is a fencing enthusiast. Though he has never competed himself, his glove was once borrowed for a championship match that ended up winning the tournament.
Bio
Charles has been responsible for the design and construction phases for a variety of commercial and residential projects, such as high-rise concrete frame mixed-use buildings, jails, schools, municipal office complexes, and low-rise wood frame apartment and condominium buildings. He has a wide range of structural design experience in steel and concrete, as well as many proprietary and composite structural systems.
